Job Information	Plant Safety Manager Description: Manage all aspects of employee safety and health in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Work to continuously improve site safety and health systems. Work with Senior Management with regard to all aspects of promoting and improving employee safety and health. Ensure plant compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local regulations. Provide guidance and support to department Safety Supervisors Supervise employees in Plant Security, Industrial Hygiene and Health. Maintain appropriate records. Qualifications: BS in Safety or a related field and 5-10 years of industrial experience including management experience.. Experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing setting is key. Job Information	Safety Supervisor Description: Manage all aspects of Safety and Health for a large department in a heavy industrial manufacturing plant. Work with line management to ensure that all employees follow approved Safety and Health practices. Facilitate/conduct weekly safety meetings for all employees. Participated in the development of safety and health management programs. Conduct safety audits, at least daily, and implement corrective actions as appropriate. Investigate all incidents in conjunction with line managers and union personnel. Qualifications: BS in Safety or a related field and 3-5 years of industrial experience.
