The key contact individual at LTS is Jeffrey Latterell. His initial experiences with recruiting and search were during the 16 years between 1969 & 1985 when he was employed in Human Resources.
As Director of Human Resources for a large Engineering/Construction company he worked with a number of recruiters, some good, some not so good, and developed a clear picture of what a Company expects and deserves from a Recruiter.
He left industry and entered the recruiting/search business in 1985. Latterell Technical Search came into being in 1991 and since then has placed hundreds of talented individuals into key positions.
